About Betty
I am an experienced Piano tutor with over 9 years of teaching experience. I teach School students, College students, and working professionals who want to learn piano for academic, career, or personal purposes. I believe piano learning should be structured, simple, and enjoyable.
My tutoring approach focuses on strong fundamentals and steady improvement. I guide students in correct posture, finger technique, rhythm, and hand coordination. Lessons are personalised according to the student’s level, goals, and learning pace. I provide clear guidance and encourage consistent practice.
I teach classical piano basics, modern piano techniques, chords, scales, arpeggios, and accompaniment styles. I also teach music theory, sight reading, ear training, and rhythm exercises. I help students prepare for exams, recitals, and solo performances.
What makes my teaching special is my patient and encouraging style. I explain concepts in simple steps and help students build confidence. My goal is to make piano learning enjoyable and help students grow musically.
