About Chamendra
I’m 21 years old and currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science at the University of Western Australia, majoring in Neuroscience and Psychological & Behavioral Science. My background has always been rooted in sport, especially rugby, which I’ve played at the highest level in Sri Lanka. It taught me discipline, resilience, camaraderie and the mindset needed to push past limits, these are lessons I hope to bring into every training session. Fitness, for me, is more than just the physical. It’s a journey of mental strength, confidence and self-growth. I’m passionate about helping others, especially beginners, take those first steps with guidance and motivation and absolutely zero pressure as we all have to start somewhere. I love connecting with people, having meaningful conversations and creating a safe space where you will feel supported and encouraged. I’m approachable, easygoing and very flexible with timing. My goal is to truly understand what you need, and then work with you to get results, step by step!

With over seven years of experience playing rugby at the highest level in Sri Lanka, I bring a deep understanding of performance training, discipline, and results-driven fitness. I’ve been in the fitness industry for over four years and my approach aims to blend athletic strength training with high-intensity functional workouts tailored to each individual. My sessions are fully customized. I don’t believe in cookie-cutter programs. Every plan is built around your goals, your fitness level and most importantly your feedback. Whether your focus is strength, endurance, weight loss, general fitness or getting ready for summer, I will make sure your training is challenging, rewarding and constantly evolving. Expect sessions that are intense but not repetitive, every day brings something new. I aim to create a focused but fun and motivating environment where training becomes something you look forward to, not just “get through.” Session length: Typically 60-80 minutes For: All fitness levels and age groups — anyone who is willing to put the work in and commit to real change.
