About Zoe
My interest in Chemistry began with curiosity about how substances change and interact in the natural world. I pursued this passion by completing my Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, where I developed strong understanding of chemical principles and analytical thinking. Over the past 6 years, I have guided students through fundamental and advanced Chemistry topics in a structured and supportive way.
I believe Chemistry should be taught through logic, understanding, and real-world connection rather than memorization. My teaching style focuses on clarity, patience, and step-by-step learning. I create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and improving gradually. I also adapt my teaching methods based on each learner’s pace and academic goals.
I continue to stay updated with modern scientific developments and teaching strategies to keep my lessons effective. Teaching Chemistry is very rewarding because I see students move from confusion to clarity and from hesitation to confidence. My goal is to help every learner build strong scientific thinking, improve problem-solving skills, and develop a lasting confidence in understanding Chemistry as a meaningful subject.

Chemistry becomes easier when students understand that every reaction follows a clear logical pattern. In my lessons, I begin with foundational topics such as atoms, molecules, bonding, and basic reaction types. I use very simple English so learners can follow each concept without confusion. This helps students feel relaxed and builds confidence from the beginning. The learning environment is structured and supportive, allowing step-by-step understanding through guided explanation and practice.
As students progress, I introduce structured topics such as chemical equations, periodic trends, stoichiometry, and reaction mechanisms. I focus on helping learners understand why reactions happen instead of only solving numerical problems. Each lesson includes guided problem solving, correction support, and step-by-step explanation. I also use real-life examples like cooking reactions, rusting, and environmental chemistry to make concepts more relatable and easier to understand.
My goal is to help students build strong conceptual understanding and problem-solving ability in Chemistry. Over time, they improve calculation accuracy, logical reasoning, and confidence in handling complex questions. This growth builds both academic skill and analytical thinking. I support learners in building strong foundations, improving chemical understanding, and developing a confident and structured approach to Chemistry in studies and examinations.
