I always start with the fundamentals to make sure that someone does not have any prior injury or imbalances. And if so, then it's important to fix those imbalances in order to improve. Every bodies and lifestyles and goals are different so programs must be adapted to each person. The lessons are for beginner and intermediate and everyone who is stuck and bored from doing the same workouts all the time. I bring both the physical and mental aspect of training.
