I am a consistent gym-goer with over four years of training experience, during which I transformed myself from being scrawny to building a strong, confident physique. My journey involved experimenting with various training approaches and learning what actually works in the long term, alongside a busy lifestyle. I am passionate about helping busy professionals build sustainable fitness habits without extreme routines or unrealistic expectations. My coaching style is supportive, practical, and focused on consistency rather than perfection. I believe fitness should enhance your life, not compete with it. I enjoy working with people who want structure, accountability, and guidance that fits around real-life responsibilities. My goal is to help clients feel confident in the gym, enhance their physical health, and develop habits that they can maintain long after our time together.

I aim to educate clients so they understand how to train confidently and adapt when life gets busy. Lessons are taught in English or Afrikaans and typically include reviewing current routines, addressing challenges, refining training structure or technique, and setting clear, achievable goals. My coaching is best suited for adult beginners to intermediate trainees, particularly working professionals who want to build long-term fitness habits, improve their physique, and feel more confident in the gym.
