I am a nurse with a passion for wellness, helping busy women build simple and realistic routines to feel healthier, more confident, and more in control of their daily life.

My sessions are calm, supportive, and fully tailored to your lifestyle and personal goals.
These are not generic coaching sessions, each class is designed to help you build simple, sustainable routines that actually work in real life, even with a busy schedule.
In our sessions, we will:
• Understand your current lifestyle, habits, and challenges
• Identify the small changes that will make the biggest difference
• Build a realistic daily routine (morning, food, movement, mindset)
• Focus on consistency and long-term results, not perfection
• Create simple strategies to help you stay on track outside of sessions
You will leave each session with clear, practical steps that you can immediately apply, so you start seeing gradual but lasting improvements in your energy, confidence, and overall wellbeing.
