About Lee
Lee is an ICF accredited personal transformation coach who is passionate about motivating individuals to explore, adapt & evolve, to be the best they can be, and to be motivated, happy and healthy.
Lee has 20 years software and systems development experience at Microsoft, Vodafone, Barclays and Reed Elsevier, as well as at start-up. small and medium companies.
She is a certified SAFe 5 Program Consultant, Scrum Master as well as an ICF accredited People coach, which puts her in a great position to understand and coach leaders in IT.
If your background isn’t IT, prior to this Lee worked in Teaching, Fitness, Insurance and Finance. She is also a proud mum of two. This broad background enables her to relate to, and empathise with, clients from all walks and stages of life.
Lee will help enable you to discover, explore, and step towards achieving your goals, or future vision, solving your issues as you go. She believes in the capacity of all to progress and achieve great things and is here to support you on your journey.
Lee’s coaching enhances your personal awareness and develops your ability to self-coach -helping you flourish and grow, both personally and professionally. Giving you a greater awareness to coach others.

During the initial sessions and in your own time you will dig deep and pinpoint your drivers and desires.
Then I will then encourage you to set your vision and goal.
Then to work out the steps to walk towards it.
The work comes from you, but I will be walking alongside you, encouraging you. In just 6 sessions your life will be transformed. But please only contact me if you are ready to put in the work.
