A) I’ve been training individuals with a multitude of goals like decreasing body fat % and increasing muscle mass. Rehabilitation, general fitness, and recovery are also focused.
B) I also focus on athletic performance / strength and conditioning for sports.
C) Each session will focus on a culmination of improving strength, mobility, flexibility, stamina, and stability.
D) Currently offering a free online session that will assess your current physical level of fitness and biomechanics to help me create a personalized training program.
