About Mariam
I am an A-level student, who unlocked the key to achieve the highest grades in maths with an A at higher maths. At first I struggled with maths in my years of secondary until I found the best method of learning and grasping information for me in my last months of my GCSEs; this helped me realise the importance of finding your own way of learning rather than the general methods taught at school. And this is why I want to teach. I want students like me to not feel completely lost in lessons because the teaching methods used in class don't work well for them and are left falling behind. Hence with my technique, I will help each student to excel in maths using their own way of learning even if you haven't figured it out yet.

•At first, I would test the student in the general topics to understand how they grasp information best and what type of learner they are. •Then, this will enable me to aid them in the most efficient way to help them understand topics taught at school or revise for future exams. •After each lesson, I would recap the previous session as this would be structured to link with the lesson taught next. •Ultimately, my lessons will be filled with various resources such as exam questions, model answers and much more, to help the student be prepared for their exams without hesitation.
