About Pragnya

I have always been fond of teaching. As a student myself, I have always wanted to share my knowledge, because I believe knowledge is power. In school, I've had my ups and downs, but gaining motivation from teachers, and their words of affirmation during times I wanted to give up, truly helped me rise. I guess that's how I ended up getting good grades. For me, it's about romanticizing the subject until you are obsessed with it. And I'm here to keep you grounded in the subject, no matter what.

About the lesson

As a current IB student at One World International School, I remember exactly what it's like to find Economics confusing! That's why my approach is totally focused on Adaptive Tutoring. Forget the rigid textbooks—I don't teach from a set script. Instead, I quickly figure out how you learn best so we can make IGCSE Economics concepts (especially those tough ones in Grades 9-10) finally click. Our sessions, which usually run 60 to 75 minutes, start by pinpointing exactly what's tripping you up, allowing us to dive straight into effective, personalized practice. I've had success helping peers and juniors who were really struggling turn things around, boosting both their understanding and their confidence.
