About Rowena
I was diagnosed with ADD when I was 8 years old. At primary school I needed multiple days to finish a test that normally takes 1 hour to finish, also with medication. When I forst started high school, I stopped taking my medication. And now I am a university student, with good grades, because I have discovered how I can work the most effective and what I need in order to do so. Now I would love to help others who are (not yet) in the process and discover together what methods works for them.

The structure of the counseling can differ greatly, since an attention deficit disorder has no clear 'solution'. A session can consist of, for example: creating a planning/schedule together that suits you, tips that can help you create a good work environment for you personally, but I can also talk to you about possible negative feeling toward yourself due to a lower productivity level, or even study together. Studying with someone else had a lot of advantages for me at the time, so I would like to offer this to you as well. The price will be considerably lower.
But there are a lot of other options. If something works for you, we can always discuss it and apply it in the guidance.

The €12 price is a indication of what my guidence can cost. the price will (almost) never get higher that €12, but will regularly be lower. Support while studying together for example, will only cost about €5 per hour. The definite prices of different kinds of support will be determined in consultation.
