About Benjamin

After 4 years studying Finance at McGill University in Canada, I joined HEC Paris in the Grande Ecole program. I am currently in a startup internship, in which I returned following an internship in private equity and another in investment banking (Goldman Sachs). Following my current internship, I will return to the Boston Consulting Group. After having passed my GMAT (740), I gave lessons to friends, then to acquaintances, without remuneration. Today i would like to share this with other people

About the lesson

The common point between preparation for GMAT and preparation for strategic consulting cases is monitoring. I will therefore describe the standard follow-up rather than the standard session. Part 1 - OBJECTIVES - What are your objectives: which schools? which cabinet? the preparation is different Part 2 - ASSESSMENT - We must establish the strengths and weaknesses: are you more quantitative? Creative? Part 3 - LEARNING - Advice cases: I will give you cases, and correct each error, explaining how to do better. GMAT: We will target specific subjects and deepen part 4 - SECURING - Once the desired level is reached, we will reduce the frequency and intensity of the courses in order to maintain the level and calm down before the deadline

Je recommande vivement Benjamin comme prof. Il a une connaissance pointue des sujets qu’il enseigne et est de nature très pédagogue en prenant le temps de bien expliquer les concepts. Il sait rester professionnel tout en étant extrêmement sympathique. On passe un bon moment tout en progressant ! J’ai eu 700 au GMAT grâce à lui alors que je stagnais à 610 avant ... inespéré !
