About Syed Mahad
I am a Year 8 student at one of the Top 5 independent schools in the country, I am in Middlesex County for Cricket, and a very enthusiastic student particularly in English Literature. I wanted to start tutoring as I wanted to branch my skills out as a writer, particularly because I am in the middle of writing a book of my own. My grades are fantastic, I receive As or A*s in every subject, and hope to continue this excellence in future years. In my school, I am part of all of the English clubs, including the Writer's Room, a club where we write, and we arrange for a team to enter competitions.

My lessons are aimed at students taking the 7+ exams (ages 5 and above) and my aim is to improve their English skills and give them the preparation your child needs to pass their independent school exam(s). My lessons will cover Spelling, Punctuation and Grammar, Creative Writing and Reading Comprehension. I plan to make my lessons as enjoyable as possible, giving the perfect mix of learning and interest in their lessons. I will also be providing regular feedback to the student's homework so the parents will be aware of the student's progress.
