I am a student of M.A. Japanese, doing my degree from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. I just completed my Bachelor's degree from the same university. I have cleared JLPT N2. I also have taught students preparing for N5, N4 and N3 in the past and did some translation work too. I am doing my major in Japanese literature and have strong background knowledge of Japanese history and its culture. Apart from this, reading Manga and watching Anime are my favourite pass times.
As I have taught students earlier as well, I think this is my field of interest. I use different books starting from Minnanonihongo and more along with the books which we were taught during B.A. so that the process of learning this foreign language does not become monotonous. I also use books based on the JLPT level the student wants to study for. To make the learning more fun and exciting, sometimes I use Japanese Manga as it also contributes to the reading portion of the language which includes Japanese grammar, sentence structure and vocabulary. My field of expertise is Dokkai and Choukai. I also have Japanese friends who can help in making the process more interesting. Lastly, I can also help students get an insight of the Japanese culture and society.
