About Uma
As a tutor, I am committed to helping students develop both confidence and academic excellence in English Literature. I understand that many students can feel intimidated by complex texts or uncertain about exam expectations, and I aim to make the subject engaging, accessible, and rewarding. By combining personalised guidance with proven analytical and exam techniques, I help students strengthen their critical thinking, improve their essay writing, and develop a genuine appreciation for literature and its relevance to everyday life. My goal is not only to improve grades but also to foster lasting confidence and independent learning.
