About Giulia
My name is Giulia, I am 19 years old and throughout my life I have been driven by curiosity and the desire to learn.
I attended a scientific high school and I distinguished myself, in the third year I acquired the Cambridge C1 certification (English language).
I'm a first-year Medicine & Surgery student, so I'm familiar with how this infamous restricted access test takes place.
In my course of study I have always tried to apply a highly effective method, so I am passionate about study techniques and neuroscience.
In addition to university, my life is made up of other occupations, in the fields of reading, theater and dance. I like to keep myself informed on current events, and I consider myself adequately knowledgeable in general culture.

The proposed lessons are suitable for the following categories:
- middle school pupils
- high school students
and more specifically aimed at
- students interested in preparing for the Medicine & Surgery and Restricted Access Dentistry test
- students interested in expanding their knowledge of English through speaking
The lesson varies according to the student interfaced, according to methods accredited by various scientific studies.
In the case of middle school pupils, my goal will be to make them accountable and to ensure that the foundations in these subjects are solid.
In the case of high school students, the lessons will follow a more structured method.
It starts with the identification of previous knowledge, involving the student in an active way.
Then we face the phase of understanding the topic (encoding) and its related schematization.
Finally, if necessary, memorization techniques are discussed (retrieval consisting of active recall and spaced repetition) and exercises and quizzes are addressed.
This method does not aim exclusively at overcoming classwork or tests, but aims to make the student independent, making him acquire an organic study method, making him master of the topics.
