Kartik and I know each other as former batchmates during our undergraduate studies in Physics. I can confidently speak in favor of Kartik's teaching and communication skills, having seen him deliver presentations, explain physics in class and also as a study-partner as we often worked together on academic projects, lab work etc. He has always been motivated to explain complex scientific topics to students and teach them in an interesting manner. After all these years, I still enjoy talking to Kartik about his field of research and he is very capable of explaining interdisciplinary knowledge from basic to medical physics very proficiently.

Kartik was a Lab Demonstrator for our Radiation Physics Labs. Kartik provided detailed help during the experiments at the times we struggled, and provided us with detailed feedback to allow us to succeed in the following assessments.
