About Steph
I am 21 and from the age of 14, suffered with anorexia, bulimia, depression, anxiety and borderline personality disorder! Over the years, I have overcome these illnesses bar bpd and wish to help others achieve the same! By positive thinking, looking at ways to deal with stress, create coping mechanisms tailored to you, I want to help you become healthy again both physically and mentally
