About FaithAnn
I am a sophomore music major. My primary instrument is voice; however, in college I took class piano and guitar and hope to take private lessons myself again soon to continuate growing. I was a BME Choral Music Ed major, but changed to a BA General Music Emphasis. I did this so I could create my own degree. I currently play the keys and guitar along with singing in my church’s worship band and I hope someday to do that as my job. Piano as always been dear and true to my heart and I took lessons for many years, and I would love to share my knowledge with you!

I believe that every person can benefit from learning or being apart of anything musical. I believe that piano is the root instrument for any musician, and in my lessons, I teach not only how to play piano, but also the theory of the music and technique. I like to teach in a way that is not only challenging to the student but that is encouraging. I like to cater to each individual as I see fit. Piano I believe is a wonderful hobby and possible profession and I hope to encourage you in it even if it’s just a season of you or your child’s life. I have experience teaching beginner elementary kids all the way up to college kids. I am also open to teach older people as well, or even just tutor or give help. I am passionate about music and the positive benefits and I hope to hear from you soon!

FaithAnn is so talented herself and teaches phenomenally! For example, she really faithfully set apart the time to teach me chords on the piano in an engaging way. She does not just follow a book verbatim which is super helpful! Whatever skill level her students have she works with you. She is super encouraging and uplifting! She also does such a professional job with assigning work for you to grow. Anyone would want FaithAnn to teach them music!

I normally do $30/45 minutes. There was no option for that. I find I don’t need more than that with a student, especially in person. Also, you will have to buy the books as well.
