About Varada
I am passionate about teaching and have been doing so for quite a few years now. I aim to ensure that what I teach is simple, and yet comprehensible, in a way that can be easily remembered. I do not believe in pressuring for results - I only ask that the effort necessary to reach the goals in view be put in. A teacher can do as much as showing you the way, but you will have to find the road along it. And I will do my very best to ensure that the road in question is as clear as possible.

My approach towards the subject material is derived from the textbook, but I ensure that the way I teach makes sense in terms of conceptual understanding, not in one of just remembering terms. I believe in getting to the very root of the concepts and creating a fundamental understanding of why things happen as opposed to merely committing them to memory. I do not stop until something is understood, and have no problem reiterating anything so long as it ensures the student is able to understand the ideas fully and completely. I also work based on tests and previous year papers in order to help with the question and answer point of view as well.
