About Esther

Hello, I am Esther!

I moved to Manchester fairly recently and am studying Music at the Royal Northern College of Music!

I come from Eastbourne (about as far south and as close to France as you can get) so have loved the completley new environment and the new challenges that come with being a student in Manchester!

I love the community that music creates which is one reason why I love teaching and helping others enjoy music. Aside from music I am a keen runner and am training to run in the Manchester Half Marathon this year. Teachers and peers would describe me as a hard worker who is approachable and friendly.

About the lesson

My aim is to help you love music as much as I love music and to have fun!

Typical length of a lesson can be flexible to suit your needs - I would advise 45 minute lessons but is up to you!

Before moving to Manchester, I taught Violin and music theory to people of all ages. I can offer both theory and aural training as part of the lessons.

I am trained in Piano ABRSM Grade 8 as well as Flute ABRSM Grade 7 and Theory and Aural training. I have also had funlearning to play Viola to a high standard in the past couple of years so can offer beginner level viola lessons!

I have had a fantastic musical journey so far and would love to be able to help anyone else begin their own musical journeys!
