About Garrett

As a Trumpet tutor with 11+ years of experience, I have successfully guided around 300 students, including high school students, college students, and adults. My greatest satisfaction comes from seeing students improve through consistent effort and supportive instruction.

My teaching philosophy is centered on making learning enjoyable, practical, and easy to understand. I use simple English and practical teaching methods to ensure students clearly understand every lesson. I believe patience, encouragement, and regular practice help students achieve lasting success.

My classes are carefully organized with clear goals, demonstrations, skill-building exercises, and regular progress reviews. I encourage students to ask questions freely and develop confidence through continuous improvement. Every lesson is designed to help learners move forward one step at a time.

Helping around 300 students achieve their learning goals has been a meaningful accomplishment in my career. Many students have shown outstanding progress and developed confidence through personalized support and structured learning.

I believe education is not only about gaining knowledge but also about building confidence and lifelong learning habits. My classroom is friendly, supportive, and motivating, allowing every student to enjoy learning trumpet while reaching their full potential.

About the lesson

My Trumpet teaching approach focuses on developing both musical knowledge and practical performance skills. I use communication to ensure students understand every concept clearly and feel supported throughout their learning journey.

By adapting lessons to different learning styles, I create personalized instruction that helps each student progress effectively. I use real-life examples and case studies from professional performances, trumpet artists, and musical projects to demonstrate the importance of technique and practice.

I also provide learning support in Music Theory, Ear Training, Sight Reading, Rhythm, Improvisation, and Ensemble Skills. My goal is to help students improve their trumpet abilities, build confidence, and develop a lasting passion for music through engaging and meaningful lessons.
