About Kevin
I am a passionate Chemistry tutor with over 6 years of experience supporting students in laboratory-based chemistry. I hold an MSc in Medicinal and Biological Chemistry, which has provided me with strong training in analytical chemistry techniques and instrumentation. My teaching focuses on helping students understand how modern laboratories measure and analyze chemical substances.
I guide students through important analytical methods such as chromatography, spectroscopy, and titration analysis. These techniques are widely used to identify compounds and determine their concentrations accurately. Learning how they work is essential for any chemistry student.
My lessons also emphasize careful experimental design and proper laboratory planning. Students learn how to set up experiments step by step and collect reliable observations. Clear methodology always leads to better results.
Data interpretation is another important skill I teach. Students learn how to analyze measurements and draw meaningful conclusions from their experimental results. Scientific thinking develops through practice.
Quality control principles are also integrated into my lessons. Students learn the importance of calibration, precision, and consistency when working with analytical instruments.

My teaching profile focuses on helping students understand chemistry through interactive learning and clear explanations. I believe a warm and encouraging learning environment helps students feel more confident. Curiosity is always welcome.
I specialize in helping students who struggle with chemical equations and reaction concepts. Each reaction is carefully explained step by step. Simple logic makes learning easier.
Lessons cover atomic theory, chemical bonding, reaction processes, environmental chemistry, and everyday chemical phenomena. I also discuss lab safety and the history of major chemical discoveries. These topics help students see chemistry in context.
