I am an undergraduate engineering student with a strong passion for helping students improve their English reading skills in a supportive and encouraging environment. I believe that every student learns at a different pace, so I adapt my teaching methods to match each learner's needs, goals, and current level of understanding.
My teaching approach focuses on making lessons interactive, engaging, and easy to follow. I use reading passages, vocabulary exercises, pronunciation practice, and comprehension questions to help students build confidence while improving their fluency. I also encourage students to ask questions throughout the lesson, creating a comfortable space where learning is enjoyable rather than stressful.
A typical lesson begins with a short review of the previous topic, followed by introducing new vocabulary and a reading passage suited to the student's level. We then read together, practice pronunciation, discuss the meaning of unfamiliar words, and answer comprehension questions. The lesson ends with constructive feedback and a short activity or assignment to reinforce what has been learned.
What sets me apart as a tutor is my patience, adaptability, and commitment to helping every student succeed. I explain concepts clearly using simple language and practical examples, ensuring students fully understand before moving on. My goal is not only to improve reading skills but also to build confidence in using English in everyday situations.
