As a senior member of the cadet program, I’ve developed strong communication and leadership skills that help me guide and support others effectively. Being part of this environment has taught me how to connect with new people, mentor them with patience, and create fun, engaging learning experiences. My Teaching Approach
I guide students step‑by‑step through each concept, working beside them until they feel confident trying problems on their own. I focus on clear explanations, simple breakdowns, and helping students truly understand their homework and class material.
Teaching Style
I start by reviewing what they’re learning in school, explain the topic in an easy, relatable way, solve a few examples together, then let them practice independently with my support. My lessons are patient, encouraging, and designed to build confidence.
