About Aisling
I have been teaching swimming lessons for 7 years- in Ireland, Scotland, and now England. I teach all ages and levels. I assess my students’ strengths, weaknesses and individual needs. I monitor my students progression and build towards moving through swim levels. I adapt my lessons to suit individual needs.
Having spent my childhood in the sea and the pool, I believe knowing how to swim is an essential life skill.
I really enjoy teaching people how to swim, and witnessing the passion and confidence that comes from it. I hope to promote that in everyone I teach, both adult and child.

About the lesson

My focus during classes is to have my students be comfortable and confident in the water. From there, we build on the skills and movements that come together to form a well rounded, strong swimmer.
I teach both adults and children, from beginners to club level. Lessons are typically either 35 minutes, or an hour long depending on individuals needs.
It's important to me that people in my classes enjoy their lessons, and look forward to getting into the pool every week.
