For beginners, I recommend and offer 2 lessons a week (30 minutes for kids or 50 minutes for adults) to build a strong foundation through structured and fun activities, resulting in a faster learning curve and a more beneficial swimming experience.
-For younger children (ages 3-5), I ensure the lessons are playful and engaging, focusing on water safety and basic swimming techniques.
-For adults, I provide customized training for stroke correction, stamina building, and even advanced competitive techniques, if required. Lessons can be held at a provided pool or at your preferred location, ensuring convenience.
*I teach in English or Chinese.
*Lessons are flexible, either held at a provided pool or at your preferred location.
