About Ishvinder
I’ve been in the teaching industry tutoring percussion and drumkit students for the past 8 years. I had previously completed a degree in Computer Engineering and am qualified to teach school band percussion sections in Singapore. Beginning my music journey in the classical setting I had gone on to achieve drumkit exam qualifications and have been teaching ever since I got certified by the Ministry of Education in Singapore. As I’m currently in Sydney pursuing a degree in Music Education in Percussion performance, I wish to continue to inspire students who are willing to pick up percussion instruments or the drumkit and have fun whilst learning.

My philosophy is to equip my students with the skills they need to be able to understand and appreciate their craft. I also aim to enable them to be able to explore the craft by themselves and very importantly, learn how to incorporate fun in the process
