As a skilled IT engineer with extensive experience in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and system administration, I have a proven track record of delivering robust, scalable, and secure solutions that meet the needs of organizations. Spreadsheets: Teach students how to use spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Cover tasks like data entry, formulas, charts, and basic data analysis.

Internet and Email: Explain how to access the internet, use web browsers like Chrome or Firefox, perform web searches, and send/receive emails. Emphasize online safety and etiquette.

Computer Security: Cover topics like password management, antivirus software, and recognizing online threats like phishing.

File Management: Teach students how to organize files and folders, copy, move, and delete files, and use cloud storage services.
