About KEONYUL

I am a 6th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo (Korean Taekwondo Association) and 2x National Sparring Gold-Medalist from South Korea. I moved to the United States in 2011 and have been a Taekwondo Master all over the country! Located near Dallas!

About the lesson

High-quality taekwondo and self-defense training with some added fun!

Lessons available for:

- ALL AGES (from 3-years-old to 100! )
- BEGINNER to ADVANCED LEVELS

First meeting would be 30 minutes to go over goals and make a plan. The first meeting is free of charge.

Typical lesson plans include:

- BASIC AND ADVANCED TAEKWONDO FORM
- KICKING
- BOARD-BREAKING
- SPARRING
- SELF DEFENSE

Along with taekwondo lessons provided, I like to encourage students to develop 1) self-discipline, 2) self-confidence, 3) self-defense, 4) self-control in all areas.

He is very patient and easygoing, takes time to listen and answer all your questions. He is great at explaining the movements and we repeat them many times to learn them. He is always there to help and is easy to schedule a class. Always has a great attitude and smile! Highly recommended - 10/10!!!!
