Various types of tai chi classes are offered, from hand forms to weapons forms (straight sword, broadsword, fan) as well as 2-person forms for both hand and sword.

To this end we work on the basics of movement, how to settle your weight prior to moving, how to relax, how to breathe, how to improve you posture and coordinate your movements.
