About Bennet
I have over 4 years full-time experience teaching in Queensland schools (both state and private). I specialize in Years 7–10 English, General English (Years 11–12), Essential English, and literacy development, with a strong focus on reading and writing skills. With nine years of prior experience in journalism, I bring a real-world perspective to language learning. I have a strong understanding of both the Queensland and Australian Curriculum achievement standards, and I know how to help students meet and exceed them.
