About Danielle
I trained in dance specialising in ballet gaining a scholarship and 3-year diploma certification at the professional Hammond school in Chester.
I have been a dancer for many years performing in various locations over time and then naturally progressed into ballet teaching working freelance at schools around London.
After weight gain with age and going through a particular difficult period in my life at the same time I needed to get back on track somehow after neglecting my body for so long. Finally after several attempts i found a fitness plan that worked consistently for me which also bought me back to my ballet beginnings. I now feel good in my body again and it’s given me a passion to share my regimes which helped me to get here. My aim is for you to feel more confident in all areas to include improved posture, tone, weight loss, injury prevention and helping the mind and body feel more energised overall.

We will focus first on what you would like to achieve from the session and I will then do a tailor-made lesson plan keeping these goals in mind.
The lesson structure will be a warm-up followed by working on target areas then a stretch and cool down to finish.
