- Acquired Trinity ATCL Piano Diploma at age 14
- Acquired ABRSM Grade 8 Piano at age 12
- Acquired ABRSM Grade 5 Theory at age 10
- Received an International Music Scholarship for 2 years at St Mary's Anglican Girls' School (Perth)
- Achieved 3rd place in Perth Under 18 Piano Competition
- Achieved Top in Music award in school for 2 years in a row
I started learning piano at a young age of 7 years old due to my mother's influence. I remembered growing up listening to my mother's piano playing and wanted to enjoy the same feeling she had. That is the same joy I want to spread to my students. I want my students to be rest assured that they can achieve quality playing while having fun.

I usually teach children ranging from 5 to 18 years old, thus I understand that it is important for them to keep their interests up, pushing them to achieve their best, but also make sure that they do not feel too stressed about piano. I usually focus on teaching through classical pieces, such as musical phrasing and dynamics. I also like to include pop songs occasionally to show students that being classically trained does not mean that they are only able to play Classical genre pieces. A typical lesson is usually 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the student's preference.
