I'm a Bartender at AZOR Hotel, Ponta Delgada, and my routine is from opening the bar, preparing the seasons, making cocktails, creating preparations and mise-en-place, seeking to innovate, creating signature cocktails, knowing which cleanings and other methods that should be done at the bar, and close the bar.
