I have been following a dedicated fitness journey for the past 15 months, during which I transformed both my body and my mindset through consistent training, proper nutrition, and discipline. This experience inspired me to share my knowledge and help others achieve their own fitness goals. I am passionate about interacting with new people, motivating them to stay consistent, and encouraging them to become healthier, stronger, and more confident. My aim is to make fitness simple, practical, and sustainable while supporting students throughout their journey toward a better lifestyle.
