About Samidha
Learning music requires excitement and discipline. If you love music, you're already halfway there! My goal is to make the discipline part easier by supporting you wherever you struggle, so that you can feel proud of yourself every time you play a song. When you can play both your favourite songs and fancy piano pieces while having fun, you might just keep practising after I'm gone!

I take a learner-oriented approach despite traditional rote-learning when it comes to piano songs. This means I build on the student's strengths, let them experiment, build their music sense so they can play without guidance, and aim to make them comfortable playing in any setting. It is both thrilling and an honour to contribute towards shaping young minds! Music is my passion project but I'm academically pursuing Learning and Development in Psychology, which means I try to keep evolving as a teacher. I have experience teaching children life skills, piano, and English as part of volunteering opportunities and internships.
