About Sophie
I am currently a teacher candidate pursuing my Master of Teaching at the University of Toronto. I have a background in early childhood education and extensive experience working with children from ages 2-13. I have been tutoring for 4 years now, and I specialize in play-based learning that is age-appropriate and engaging for young students. I am also able to assist students with their homework and assignments as I am very familiar with the Ontario Elementary School Curriculum.

I am very passionate about learning and supporting children's development, and I bring this passion into my lessons. I recognize that each child is unique and learns differently, so I create customized lesson plans that meet the needs of each child. I take into consideration a child's strengths, areas of improvement, and interests to create interactive and engaging lessons that children will enjoy.
