About Elena

I have been a dance teacher in Badalona (Barcelona) for more than 7 years, my main vocation is to be able to spread these little-known dance styles so that you can enjoy dancing them, together with this, send you all the multiple benefits that these dances can bring you. not only on a physical level, but also on an emotional and self-esteem level. That you have control over your movements and attitude and intention when dancing, how to transmit a story or an emotion while dancing, I am also sure that you will discover parts of the body that you did not know you could control.

About the lesson

I offer classes of these dance styles:

- Tribal Fusion (or Bellydance Fusion)
- Bellydance or Oriental Dance (or bellydance)
- American Tribal Style (FCBD)

My classes are sessions of 1:15h minimum, with the following structure:

- Very complete warm-up: includes aerobic, flexibility and strength exercises to work the whole body. We will also focus on the correct postural placement focused on this dance.

- Movement technique: you will learn all the secrets to perform the movements cleanly and precisely. This will gradually allow us to be able to combine in layers and different rhythmic patterns in isolation.

- Choreography: we will melt our work into a choreography, which will be our goal, you will dance from the first class.

- Relaxation and stretching: fundamental to notice the benefits of all the practice and calm the mind.

In the ATS (American Tribal Style) classes they are structured differently, since it is a dance language to be able to dance in a group without the need for pre-established choreography. For this reason these classes are designed to be carried out in person. The practice of group formations is essential, although movements and combinations can be approached separately beforehand. These classes include the possibility of learning to play cymbals and integrate them into our dance, as well as notions of styling and symbolism.
