I am alok Kumar. My knowledge is my strength . And one of my favourite and famous quote "knowledge is power" make me believe and inforced me to teach students.

I use inductive and deductive method for teaching .
I believe students are not blank slate they have some pre-owned knowledge . So I respect their point of view and try to make my class interactive for them .
I also use demonstrative approach for science subject .
