About Paula
The methodology used is globally recognized because it is based on a communicative approach, whose main objective is the interaction between the speakers of a language. In other words, the focus is on helping the student accomplish tasks that may occur in their daily lives, with emphasis on the student's independence in the four primary aspects of language learning: reading, listening , speech and writing.

I have been a foreign language teacher for 9 years and I have experience teaching for all ages. Graduated from the Federal University of Viçosa and postgraduate in Translation, I hold a MA degree in Translation from Kent State University (USA), where I worked as a university professor. I have several advanced proficiency certificates for the languages I speak. In addition, I have lived in England and Colombia, where I studied English and Spanish, respectively. I have already participated in several events and courses in methodology of teaching foreign languages.
