About Eder
My first degree was as a chemist, later I discovered my vocation for language studies and I jumped in and never left, I did my undergraduate and master's degrees in linguistics. I loved my Portuguese classes, but during my course I realized that Portuguese language classes can be more interesting if the student investigates (just like in natural sciences) how it works and understands what each rule and each classification is for (the noun , the verb, the subject, the predicate).

Learning Portuguese can be much more interesting (and less memorized) if we understand why things are the way they are. As I learned in my linguistics training, I seek to explore with the student the nomenclatures, their meanings and the reason behind each rule. Classes for high school students and the initial years of the Literature course.
