About Wei
I worked as a teacher of English language for more than 9 years. I still can teach written English, grammar, spelling etc. I'm Chinese and Manderain is my mother language. Now it's time for me to switch to teach manderain and Chinese culture like art, painting, etc.

My teaching methodology includes 3 points. Firstly my class will be based on what you are interested in learning. Interest is the best teacher. Secondly like studying any language in the world, listen, speak, read and write are four basic procedures. After whatever you listening, you have desire to imitate what you hear. Once you can replay what you hear , you will read what you copy down so that you can totally understand it. Writing is a bit harder but not always. There is a lot of fun in writing like calligraphy practicing. Thirdly lesson structure is very clear including : warming up exercise, learning objectives，key points, presentation, practicing, summary, consolidation.
