I am a dependable and compassionate mentor who offers collaborative skills to build solid relationships with students from diverse cultures and backgrounds. I take an analytical approach as a Mathematics Teacher to instill computation and skill methods to guide and support high academic standards. As needed, I execute rigorous whole-group, small-group, and individual instruction based on needs of students and utilize student performance data derived from standardized assessments to drive instructional decision-making. The end goals are to help students achieve academically and develop strong self confidence as students.
