About Audrey

I was trained by multiple classically trained pianists who majored in music education, piano performance, and piano pedagogy. I have taken knowledge from these musicians and passed it down to current students, while breaking apart hard concepts for young beginners who are eager to grow quickly in the music education. I am here to encourage, support, and elevate the gifts of each unique student according to their own learning style. I believe that no one hears music the same and that each individual can create their “special sound” if given time and attention to their needs!

About the lesson

I’m a classically trained pianist and church musician! Early on in my piano studies, I was not driven to fully understand theory and basics that would practically build my music comprehension. Later, I became more driven to fully understand the concepts I had been taught and use them in my day-to-day music. Now, I’m wanting my students to be able to do the same! To build their own music and create their own sound, not just by ear, but to understand what they are learning and be proud of their musical knowledge!
