About Alice

Hello! My name is Alice and I am a second year student at Oxford University studying English Language and Literature. I love helping students achieve their goals through our sessions, inspiring confidence and allowing students to reach their true potential!

About the lesson

I prioritise incorporating the student’s contributions and perceptions with tailored advice, criticism and knowledge; I find adjusting sessions to each student’s existing knowledge and specific requirements most effective in achieving a desired outcome. My lessons are usually an hour, although I am happy to be flexible! I have tutored numerous students in English Language and Literature at various levels, ranging from primary school to university admissions. I achieved an A* for A-Level English Literature and 9s (A**) in English Literature and English Language. I am happy to work within or without a curriculum/exam-board and with students of any age.
