Teaching fitness to people of all age groups with proper healthy diet

Aritro has been a great personal trainer for me. During the covid period, he helped me to enhance my fitness and also helped me to plan my diet chart so that I do not gain excess weight. Even though we were under lockdown, that did not hinder him from guiding and training me to remain at the peak of my fitness. I am very grateful to him.

I've been friends with him for 14 years now. I've seen him grow as a man. I feel he is a trustworthy teacher in any field he teaches in because of his knowledge and education.

I think aritro is a trust worthy teacher because he is sincere and responsible and has the ability to work in different and difficult situations.

He has been in the fitness scene for years now. And I think he can be a great instructor.
