I really want to tell my students that knowledge might be power but it's much more powerful when it's shared, if only one person knows how to do something then that prevents others from developing and hinder your progress because when you manage knowledge properly share. The act of helping is what I love to do but it doesn't hurt when I find out my tips have had a wonderful effect on the individual its really takes that good feeling to the next level when I share knowledge with others I sometime see them to do the same the Sharing spreads.

I always come up with real-life examples. I try to put them in the context of tomorrow and involve them as much as possible so they could understand that the learning and the experience I share is something they will benefit from. Storytelling is the best technique I find list straight delicate situations they will be exposed to and how they could manage to deal with. I love this because once I get them focused and involved in the process nothing in the world can be as regarding as the Sparx in their eyes.
