About Pooja
I am an educator and nutrition professional with a passion for making Nutrition Science understandable and relevant for everyone. I hold a B.Sc. in Home Science and a Master’s degree in Food Technology, along with a B.Ed, giving me both scientific depth and strong pedagogical skills. I have successfully qualified UGC-NET and ICAR-NET in Food and Nutrition, demonstrating national-level expertise in the subject. With more than 10 years of teaching experience, I have guided students from diverse backgrounds and age groups, helping them appreciate the science behind everyday food choices. My teaching goes beyond memorizing nutrients or diet charts. I focus on how food interacts with the body, how nutrients influence energy, immunity, brain function, and long-term health, and how small, informed decisions can create lifelong habits. My sessions are practical, interactive, and designed to empower learners with scientific clarity, not trends or temporary rules. I believe that once you understand the why behind food, the what becomes effortless — and that is where true transformation begins.
