About Tracy
I have always wanted to be a teacher, however I landed up in a retail training environment after managing several retail outlets. When I became a mom, I consulted for a company called Smile Education and owned a small "Kiddi" frame company for children's art displays. I don't have a degree, but I have a diploma in English, and passed many training courses in my life, as a retail administrator and customer care liaison officer. I was also trained as a visual merchandiser, and have decor experience, so I am creative and have an eye for detail. I will always try to go the extra mile for my students and to give them the tools that extend vocabulary target words into meaningful conversations. I love people and have a good sense of humour! I want to see my students succeed and grow in confidence with their English pronunciation of words. I want my students to feel great about themselves, as I reward them along the way for trying to improve their spelling and grammar. Obviously, we all need to learn from errors and corrections, which is vital, but acknowledged in a fun-filled, stress less environment. I enjoy the interaction and have a competitive nature to succeed, so I would definitely like to see my students go from strength to strength in every lesson I teach.
